These terms and conditions are written in Bengali. In the event of any translation into another language, the Bengali version shall take precedence.
Members must provide accurate and complete information when registering on Tekkabaji. Opening an account with false or misleading details is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in account closure.
If your phone number or email address changes, please notify Support immediately. Tekkabaji is not responsible for any account access issues resulting from OTPs or reset links sent to outdated contact details.

Most people click "I Agree" without reading the terms and conditions — that's completely normal. But betting platforms are a bit different. Real money is involved, so knowing the rules upfront means no surprises down the line.
Tekkabaji has aimed to write these terms and conditions in language that is as clear and straightforward as possible, avoiding complex legal jargon so that every member can understand them easily. That said, a few points are worth explaining in a little more detail here.
The most common point of confusion for new members is bonus wagering requirements. A "100% welcome bonus" does not mean you can deposit ৳500 and immediately withdraw ৳1,000. Bonus funds must first be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal is permitted.
Say you deposit ৳500 and receive a ৳500 bonus. If the bonus carries a 15x wagering requirement, you'll need to place ৳500 × 15 = ৳7,500 in bets to "clear" it. Any winnings earned along the way will be credited to your balance. Tekkabaji aims to keep its bonus wagering requirements relatively straightforward compared to industry standards.
The identity verification process — Know Your Customer (KYC) — can feel like a hassle. Submitting a photo of your national ID, and sometimes a bank statement, takes time. But this process is ultimately there to protect you as a member.
KYC ensures that no one else can make large withdrawals from your account. It also prevents someone from opening an account in your name. Tekkabaji does allow smaller transactions without KYC, but it is mandatory for large withdrawals.
In live betting, odds change from moment to moment. If you click on a set of odds but they shift before your request reaches the server, Tekkabaji will typically display the updated odds and ask for your confirmation. If you do not agree, the bet will not be placed.
Cash Out is a popular feature, but it is not available in all situations. During live matches, if server load is high or the match reaches a critical moment, the Cash Out option may be temporarily unavailable. This is not intentional on Tekkabaji's part — it is simply a technical limitation.

If you are unsatisfied with a Support decision, escalation is available — your case will be referred to the senior team. Tekkabaji does not ignore legitimate complaints. However, decisions that clearly fall within the scope of the stated terms cannot be reversed.
Remember – your relationship with Tekkabaji is a two-way agreement. Just as Tekkabaji sets its own terms, it also commits to providing fair odds, prompt payments, and an honest gaming environment for all members.
